Our clubs help people to understand the root cause of their mental health challenges, whilst supporting them with the community to overcome and grow from their distress. We don't use medical labels or require a diagnosis for people to become members. Members are given access to courses, workshops, social events and group exercise, in order to equip them with the tools to grow from their feelings of depression.
