Norfolk Carers Partnership

Norfolk Carers Partnership

Norfolk Carers Partnership is a group of social sector organisations, commissioned by Norfolk County Council, to improve the wellbeing of unpaid carers in Norfolk. We take a person-centred approach and a holistic view towards wellbeing. Our goal is to help people using our service to maintain their caring role by putting their own wellbeing first. Norfolk Carers Partnership is an outcomes contract where we are paid for achieving positive social outcomes for our clients relating to improvement in wellbeing. This model allows flexibility in how the service is delivered with a focus on evolving the service delivery model to best achieve the target social outcomes for the people we support.
