The role of KBOP is to support vulnerable individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to their support needs, including but not limited to individuals who are victims of domestic violence, have mental health illnesses, have long term health conditions, are long term unemployed or are ex-offenders to: (i) secure accommodation or support them to stay in an existing tenancy; (ii) build their skills so that they can independently sustain their tenancy; (iii) improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing, including but not limited to facilitating access to appropriate treatment and other clinical support services; and (iv) increase employability and find employment;
