Women in Banking and Finance is a membership network that has championed women in financial services for over 40 years. Our mission is to bring a gender lens to UK Financial Services by connecting, challenging, and inspiring our network to unlock the full potential of financial services for all. We support an industry that promotes equal opportunities for women as employees, customers and entrepreneurs empowering them to build better businesses and workplaces. WIBF is volunteer led and run by members, for members. Through a combination of mentoring, events, thought leadership initiatives and cross-industry collaboration involving our members and network, we aim to deliver tangible change.We connect members to a wide network of government, academic and business leaders, and women at all stages of their careers. We challenge the industry to adopt new ideas and address structural barriers, and we inspire our wider community to create change across financial services.
