Veterans into Logistics CIC

Veterans into Logistics CIC

As you will be aware from what you see in the news, there are veterans who find themselves unemployed upon leaving the Armed Forces, this may lead to a veteran becoming homeless, in some cases a veteran ends up in prison, or even worse a veteran takes their own life. We understand that not everyone who leaves the Armed Forces makes an easy transition back into civilian life, we understand this because we are ex-military ourselves and have experienced how difficult this transition can be. There are many factors that can make the transition harder for some veterans settling back into civilian life, one of these factors is finding meaningful employment, which can be difficult if you have non-transferable skills upon leaving the Armed Forces, which is highly common amongst ex-infantry soldiers. Through our own life experiences we believe a new career for as an LGV driver within the transport and logistic industry would suit many ex-military personnel who have no transferrable skills or who are struggling to find meaningful employment.
