Wellbeing in Schools Movement CIC

Wellbeing in Schools Movement CIC

The Wellbeing in Schools Movement was set up to respond to the anxiety felt by teachers about the reopening of schools following Covid19. It provides trauma-informed support to school staff to promote mental health and wellbeing across the whole school community. Staff wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. By supporting staff to put their own oxygen mask on first, they are better able to create safe spaces for learning for their pupils. We offer an affordable and accessible membership program that supports staff mental health and wellbeing as well as providing monthly expert workshops, coaching and reflective practice groups, and a supportive community. We are also piloting a coaching program to develop resilient senior leadership teams, an ambassador program to promote staff, parent and pupil wellbeing, and a whole-school mental health and wellbeing approach.
