Compassionate Cuppa is a mentoring service for your emotional wellbeing. We support individuals who experience challenges with their mental health towards positive changes in their lives, in a way they feel that works for them. Our support is both psychological and practical, taking together the first few steps towards action that is determined by what they need. We visit people in the community, in Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester of Hampshire; everything we do is with a compassionate approach in mind for wellbeing.
