We are focused on teaching mindfulness using Mindfulness in Schools Project (MISP) courses. The MISP courses are designed as a curriculum. Each lesson is a building block to a fuller appreciation to the benefits of mindfulness. In an ever-increasing fast paced digitalised world, an improvement in the ability to focus, to be present and to recognise the importance of real relationships in our communities is paramount.
