Unity Works trains and employs people with learning disabilities to become baristas, chefs and service stars of the future. We make good food affordable for local people and provide high end catering for large functions. We promote healthy living and run our business on sound sustainability principles We run a 12-month training programme, offering fully accredited training, NVQ qualifications and practical work experience to people with learning disabilities across our social enterprises. Mail Out is our mailing and distribution business supporting a range of public, private & voluntary organisations to handle large mailings. Mail Out trains train people with learning disabilities for careers in warehousing and customer service. Mill Lane Garden Centre in West Hampstead offers a flexible training for work package for people with learning disabilities to prepare for careers in horticulture. The team also offer a garden makeover service to local residents.
