Our mission is to harness the power of adventure and environmental and social action to create opportunities for young people from all backgrounds to challenge themselves and achieve their goals. We engage 18-24-year olds, from all walks of life, to enrol in our development programme with accredited qualification. Over 12 months, participants are challenged to undertake and lead our conservation and community projects, outdoor adventure treks, international expeditions and green internships. Participants graduate as confident leaders with greater resilience to overcome the challenges they face and pursue ambitious life and career goals. We also provide commercial teambuilding, training and consultancy; the profits from these activities are reinvested in our core programme to ensure places are accessible to participants from lower-income backgrounds or those who have faced disadvantage.
