We are putting businesses at the heart of working with local communities to tackle real issues. We take managers and train them via apprenticeships in coaching or mentoring & learners all coach/mentor young people to escape the clutches of gangs. The young people we work with are not bad people, they’ve simply met more bad people than good. We are changing this! Our learners access the best training from the likes of Ian Day, author of Challenging Coaching and Adrianne Carter, a global leader in understanding body language and facial expressions, underpinned with the use of the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence questionnaire. Our programmes run for 14 months, combining once a month face-to-face delivery with webinars & 1-2-1 coaching. Our programmes offer a unique approach to leadership development, while also delivering a compelling CSR initiative, which can be funded via the apprenticeship levy.
