Our mission is to enable UK organisations to meet their ambitions of taking action and making progress by having a representative number of black leaders in leadership roles, on executive teams and in board rooms. Our objective is to deliver of pipeline of resilient and supported black leaders to organisations across sectors and professions. Our beneficiaries are all aspiring and existing black leaders who will have access to opportunities for mentoring, coaching and skills development. The reach of Pursue 2 Achieve is extensive – extending to black leaders of all ages and socioeconomic status.
