Na'amal supports refugees and vulnerable populations to be successful remote workers and links them to dignified employment, as well as to the global community of remote workers. •Training: Na'amal's partner organisations train refugees and other vulnerable populations in technical skills (digital skills). Na'amal trains them in professional skills, focusing on the soft skills for remote work and English. • Opportunity: When our students have completed their training, they are placed in companies for paid remote internships. At this point, we pair them with a mentor, an experienced professional, to support the development of their professional skills, reinforcing the soft skills taught in the training component. • Providing access to dignified employment: Na'amal opening up a world of opportunity and employment via technology and the Internet. We provide access to the remote work ecosystem– jobs, community, support– to our students.
