The college supports aspiring Meditation Teachers to give more value and become aspiring mentors with a broad experience of all six categories of meditation. This provides communities with a valuable resource to enhance mental health, wellbeing and goal achievement. Additionally, we deliver meditation and mindfulness resources to the public. The college offers an alternative to purely mindfulness-based courses (mindfulness is one of the six domains), New Age, or religious programmes. We are is not government funded but aim to obtain centre approval to deliver Ofsted accredited courses to enhance the employability of our Meditation Teachers.
