Launched in March 2016, EdCentral is an online platform designed to make continuing professional development and learning (CPDL) easier for teachers. In addition to signposting the latest education research, news, events and resources, EdCentral provides teachers with a secure environment in which to collaborate, explore the evidence, share ideas and reflect on best practices. The EdCentral team are keen to join forces with other social enterprises and organisations who support its primary aim; to help educationalists impact on classroom practice and improve student outcomes. EdCentral publishes the Daily Education News Digest and has operated on a not-for-profit basis since its inception in 2007.
