We empower women to stand tall and strong through diaspora based performance, psychology and yoga as a pathway to inner transformation and personal development. We provide paid opportunities for growth to self identifying WOC/LGBTQ artist-teachers and run affordable events, workshops and programmes online and in person for ALL with live music. We aim to create rapid change through decolonisation, innovation and equitable practice.
