Carers’ Hearts CIC supports unpaid carers and working carers with their emotional and psychological wellbeing, throughout their caring journey. Through evidence-based online resources, such as a blog, podcast, courses, workshops, webinars and group coaching in Phase 1 and then 1:1 coaching, psychotherapy and counselling in Phase 2, we support unpaid carers to recognise negative emotions, thoughts and feelings, such as anger, grief and guilt. Then, support them to build their emotional resilience and psychological flexibility to reduce anxiety, stress and depression and improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Carers’ Hearts CIC will provide SME business owners, sole traders and entrepreneurs, who might also be carers or potential carers, with bespoke support packages, including access to the services mentioned above, plus consultancy and mentoring services, to develop fully inclusive organisational practices and policies to support working carers to remain in the workplace, thereby supporting their financial and psychological wellbeing.
