We tackle youth unemployment by breaking down barriers and bridging the gap between the diverse young people we work with and our partner organisations. Through our free to access outreach, training and support programmes we up-skill, enliven and inspire young people from low socioeconomic and diverse backgrounds to find sustainable work within film, tv and the creative industries. Our award winning training offers a unique opportunity for every participant to gain experience working on a live film set where they will gain 1-2-1 mentoring in the department of their choice and receive an IMDb credit. Our social enterprise continues with our branded content. We work on selected projects with our Academy alumni who work in assisting roles on all of our commercial productions and all of our profit go back into training and development.
