An inclusive health and wellbeing organisation alleviating ill health linked to physical inactivity in women through accessible health coaching, exercise, outdoor pursuits and craft for health sessions. We run the Feel Good Cycling Club, Araya Movement Club, Healthy Native Cooks Workshops and the 12 week Healthy Habits for Life programme. We aim to provide women with the knowledge and confidence to life expansive healthy lifestyle, no matter physical ability or financial capacity.
